過日の二十四節気WS 【桃の節句🎎の蛤の貝合わせ作り】

3月2日、蛤の貝合わせ作りのWSでした。
雛祭りは元々、上巳の節句が始まりで、3月の最初の巳の日に行われた子どもの成長を祈願する行事とのこと
ちょうどWSの3月2日が今年の上巳の日に当たり、本来の意味に還った雛祭りとなりました。

今回は作業は至ってシンプル！
好きな蛤と千代紙を選んで、好きなように装飾する…
これがなかなか思考力のいることで、日頃どれだけ「思考停止」して暮らしているのか思い知らされます。

仕上がってみると、これが見事に作った人の内面が浮き出てきてその人らしいのです。並べた完成品と作り手さんを当てられるくらいでした。

今回のお菓子は平安堂さんの「引千切(ひちきり)」
諸説ありますが、平安時代、宮中で節句行事の支度に忙しいため、お餅を引きちぎって出していたことが始まりとか…。
雛祭りといえば甘酒ということで、亭主は久しぶりに甘酒を仕込み、皆さんにお味見いただきました。

迦穏亭の二十四節気WSは、
講師の総曲輪ハーブの会の森野さんの博学多才の賜物で、ただ手を動かすWSではなく、その季節や節句・節気の由来を学び、それを感じることができます。

ドレスコードが着物(羽織だけでも可)なので、着物で出掛ける場所を探している方、着物初心者でコーディネートがまだよく分からない方にとってもいろんな方の着物姿を見て参考にすることができます。
どなたでも参加できますので、「着物を着ていくところがない」と思っている方は是非お気軽にご参加くださいね。

[Make clam shellfish for Doll’s Festival🎎]

On March 2nd, we had a workshop on making clam shellfish.
The Doll’s Festival originally began with the Joushi day, and is said to be an event held on the first sneak day(Minohi )in March to pray for children’s growth.
This year’s Joushi Day coincided with March 2nd of WS, and the Doll’s Festival returned to its original meaning.

This time, the task is very simple!
Choose your favorite clam and chiyogami and decorate as you like…
This requires a lot of thinking ability, and it makes me realize how much I “stop thinking” in my daily life.

When it’s finished, the inner side of the person who created it comes to the fore, and it’s like that person. I was able to guess the finished products lined up and the maker.

This time’s sweet is Heiando’s “Hichikiri”
There are various theories, but some say it began during the Heian period, when the imperial court was busy preparing for festival events, so they would tear up rice cakes and serve them.
I made amazake in honor of Doll’s Festival and gave everyone a taste.
